Company is building a vertically integrated real estate and home services platform across property management, brokerage, investment syndication, construction/home services, and future adjacent businesses.
We are looking for a true second-in-command to help scale a founder-led, multi-division business from approximately $4M today to $10M+ 12 months with continued growth projections.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a build-the-machine role.

What you’ll do
- Translate the CEO’s vision into execution across multiple business lines
- Drive accountability across leaders, teams, and operating divisions
- Improve financial visibility, forecasting, and operating discipline
- Build stronger systems, structure, and cross-functional alignment
- Reduce founder dependence by increasing leadership leverage
- Help architect the company for the next phase of scale
- Help scale the business from ~$4M to $12M+ in the next
- Support growth to double team member growth
- Build leadership cadence, scorecards, and execution rigor across the company
- Increase clarity, ownership, and operating consistency across divisions
- Create the foundation for future expansion into additional service lines and revenue streams
- Drive operational excellence and technological advancement throughout organization
- Have served as a COO, VP of Operations, GM, Integrator, or similar senior operator
- Have helped scale a service-based business through meaningful revenue and org complexity growth
- Are strong in execution, accountability, and leadership development
- Can operate in a founder-led environment without needing constant direction
- Are comfortable making hard calls and building structure in a moving business
- Can zoom out strategically and zoom in operationally
- Thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
- Love growth and don’t subscribe to the status quo
- You prefer a polished company over one still being built
- You are stronger as a functional leader than an enterprise operator
- You avoid conflict, accountability, or hard people decisions
- You want the title without true ownership
- You want to do things the way you've always done them
